New Belgium Rug Company was founded by Brandon Talanehzar, owner of Aref's Rugs LLC, a family business that has been cleaning, repairing, restoring and selling rugs for over 50 years. For generations, our family has worked with rugs of every type, from antique Persian masterpieces to today's finest machine-woven collections. That experience is the foundation behind everything we do.
As a Persian-American, rugs have been a part of my life and culture since I was born. Growing up around handmade rugs taught me to appreciate the artistry, craftsmanship, colors and designs that make a great rug more than just a floor covering. It becomes part of your home's story. Today, I personally select every rug in our collection, ensuring it meets my standards for beauty, quality, durability and value.
While my roots are in handmade Persian rugs, I have developed a deep appreciation for the incredible quality of today's premium machine-woven rugs. That's why New Belgium Rug Company proudly partners with Dynamic Rugs, offering carefully selected collections crafted in Belgium, Turkey and India.
