Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on every order within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). There is no minimum purchase required.

Order processing

Our rugs are shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse. Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

After an order ships, standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Total time to receive your rug is the processing time plus the transit time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods.

Large & oversized rugs (freight)

Larger rugs, generally 9'x12' and above, and oversized orders ship by freight carrier rather than standard parcel. Freight shipments take longer, may require a delivery appointment, and are not eligible for expedited shipping. The carrier will typically contact you to schedule delivery.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please add our email address to your safe-sender list so shipping and tracking notifications don't land in spam.

Shipping destinations

At this time we ship only within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. If you'd like to place an order to one of these destinations, contact us first and we'll let you know whether we can accommodate it and at what cost.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer. If a package is returned to the supplier due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to re-ship it.
