Where are your rugs made?
Our rugs are machine-made (power loomed) in Belgium, Turkey and India by Dynamic Rugs, a family-run manufacturer with over 30 years of experience. Each product page lists the exact material and country of origin.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Every order ships free within the contiguous United States, with no minimum purchase. Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days and standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days. Large rugs (9'x12' and above) ship by freight carrier and can take longer.
What is your return policy?
You can return most rugs within 14 days of delivery. Email us first for authorization with photos of the rug and packaging. The rug must be unused, in its original packaging and rolled, not folded. Return shipping is paid by the customer and a 30% restocking fee applies. Refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the rug.
What if my rug arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, with no return shipping charge and no restocking fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe secure checkout. We never store your card details.
What sizes and shapes do you offer?
We carry rectangles from 2'x3'11" up to 12'x15', plus rounds, ovals and runners. Most collections come in several sizes; each product page has a size selector with exact pricing.
What materials are your rugs made of?
Our collections use polypropylene, heatset polypropylene, polyester, space-dyed polyester, viscose, wool and blends. Machine-made synthetic rugs are durable, stain resistant and easy to clean, and wool rugs offer a premium natural feel.
How do I clean my rug?
For routine care, vacuum regularly without the beater bar. Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Most synthetic rugs can be spot cleaned with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged direct sunlight.
